Welcome to Nancy’s Mobile Beauty (“Nancy’s Mobile Beauty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.NancysMobileBeauty.co.uk and our mobile beauty services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer mobile beauty services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, tinting, waxing, facials, massages, etc. All services are provided at the client’s location within our service area.
2. Booking and Appointments
• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, text or email.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
• Clients must provide a valid address for mobile appointments. A travel fee may apply depending on the location.
• Bookings require a minimum spend of £50.
• All bookings will incur a £5 travel fee. Any bookings outside our standard service area will incur a £10 travel fee.
• A 24 hour patch test is required for tinting services.
• Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment. We are not liable for adverse reactions if full disclosure is not provided.
• If you are pregnant, have certain medical conditions, or are taking specific medications, some treatments may not be suitable. Please consult with us before booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50%.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies).
4. Payments and Refunds
• Payments can be made via cash, card, Paypal and bank transfer.
• Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
5. Client Responsibilities
• The client must provide a clean and safe working environment.
• Any pets should be secured away from the service area.
• Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before the service.
6. Health & Safety
• We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
• If you show symptoms of illness, or adverse skin conditions, we may refuse service for health and safety reasons.
• We are not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
7. Liability & Indemnity
• We are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur due to our services unless caused by our negligence.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims or damages.
• Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issues.
8. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.
• Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information only for appointment scheduling and service delivery.
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
