Your health and safety is my highest priority especially during this time so upon following the government guidelines along with industry standards, I have introduced enhanced hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the safety of my mobile services.
I also hold a Barbicide Covid-19 certificate for hygiene, health and safety.

What to expect
- I will check my temperature on the day of your appointment and will not work if I have any symptoms of Covid-19.
- I will arrive wearing a medical grade face-mask and I will be wearing a disposable apron, a face shield and gloves during your treatment.
- I will check your temperature on arrival using a contactless thermometer.
- I will wash my hands thoroughly for 20 seconds with soap and water as soon as I arrive to your appointment and before I leave.
- As usual, all surfaces and equipment will be cleaned and disinfected before entering your home and the treatment area will be re-sanitised before I leave.
- I will be taking payment using a cashless payment method.
- After your treatment, I will take all rubbish with me and dispose of it safely.
What i ask from you
- Please reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household feel unwell or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, however mild.
- Please do not book an appointment if you or someone you live with are clinically vulnerable or at a higher risk of Covid-19 until government guidelines state it is safe to do so.
- Before I arrive and after I leave, please sanitise the service area.
- Please adhere to government guidelines on hygiene and to wash hands thoroughly for 20 seconds with soap and water as soon as I arrive and after I leave.
- Please wear a face mask/face covering for the full duration of your treatment to protect yourself and I.
- Please supply your own towels for your appointment.
- Please choose an area for your service that is well ventilated by open doors or windows.
- Ensure that other members of your household are not present in the treatment room during your appointment.
- Be advised to wash clothes/towels used during appointment as soon as possible on at least 60°C.
